I agree that THE DAYBREAK DISPATCH of Daybreak Music (hereafter, TDD) may use my photographs, images, motion picture recordings, audio recordings, or electronic transmissions made by TDD or any individual or entity involved in the process for any purpose, including but not limited to the following: Sharing or posting by TDD to their website, media outlets and channels they desire, including electronic and/or social media. Use in instructional programs, including presentations and lectures. Sharing for public relations purposes by TDD. By signing this consent and release form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound by it. I understand that once I authorize this release and content is made available, TDD will likely not be able to remove all instances and copies of this material from the internet, so this release has no time limit on its validity. I further release TDD, its agents, and employees, from any claims related to the sharing of the materials covered by this release.
